This has been an ongoing issue for a couple months and 2d are proving pretty useless at fixing it. I have a 1000/500 plan. For a couple of weeks the speeds were great and consistent. Then of all a sudden they decide to drop and cap out at 100/100. Every time I call 2d it's the same, change cables, try a different port, reset blah blah blah. I do all of that, I even buy a new router. Same story, speeds are great for a couple of weeks and then they go to rubbish again. Given that I get the speeds fine for a couple weeks it would lead me to think that the wiring in the house and ports and router aren't the issue. Can someone more tech savvy advise if it might be an exchange issue?
