Changing from ADSL to Fibre in a SNAP contract

Hi

i couldnt get an answer from the helpdesk as they simply were not sure and wanted me to call back another day to find out

However Ralph is the man im sure he knows.

My brother, originally signed up with Snap, on a year 2 contract with ADSL/Snap plus. Contract Expires 28 March 2017 so 4 months to go. ETC is 299 im told.

Fibre has just gone live in their area

im told they CANT signup to your 59$ 2year promo, since still in contact, thats fine. (without paying the 299 anyway,)

the question is, if he wants to change from ADSL to Fibre within his current contact, ie a service change from ADSL to Fibre with your standard fibre pricing, will his contract still be ending on March 2017

(like it would be if he was on a 2degrees ADSL plan instead of a SNAP one) ?
