Hi, I manage my dad's account for him. He does a $8 regular every month for the 60min talk time. I sent him $8 a week or so ago ... and the Me2u credit isn't visible on the summary page but it is in the "usage" page - listed 01 April 2014. I have contacted 2Degrees via the contact section after loggin in. Been half a week now not sure if it's backlogged. Any ideas?Cheers.
