Mid January (approx), started having a number of issues. No Data (vic park, college hill, herne bay), I do get data other places, but erratically.Calls I make not connecting.Calls I make taking eons to connect.Calls I make (when they do connect), the receiver can't understand what I say, and have been told I sound like I am under waterCalls I receive, I can hear the caller, but they can't hear me.Text messages failing to sendBasically unusable.I put it down to the Android upgrade that came mid January, but now am on KitKat and have the same issue.Just to rule it out being anything to do with my phone, I have put a Telecom prepay SIM in it 3 days ago and now everything works flawlessly. Nothing wrong with my phone then.I emailed paymonthlycare@2degreesmobile.co.nz on 31st march describing this and the fact it I had put in a Telecom SIM. I emailed again today (2nd May) to ask if they really did careHave not had a response to either email. Should I just give up then and join Telecom ?
