2Degrees VDSL is speed capped?

Hi,

I left a similar question on broadband forum, however this forum may more suitable.

I'm thinking about to switch to 2Degrees and I found that their offer saying it's 30/10Mbps where my raw connection seems much faster.

Local Exchange RDB3Local Cabinet RDB/AFDistance from Local Cabinet 145 MetresTheoretical Max Speed 130 Mbps down / 30 mbps up

Would the 30/10Mbps actually enforced if I switch?
