Hi, just having a difficult experience having had a frustrating episode with roaming data with 2degrees. Advice welcome on how to resolve.I went overseas, landed in Tranzit in China, got a text popup "you're overseas, beware roaming, get a data pack" etcLinked through, found a Globetrotter data pack, got it. I then thought, ok when this runs out I'll see where I'm at and get a local sim, or stick to wifi.Continued to final destination, Phillipines which has stupid roaming data charges of which i was aware, got a text popup saying "you are in a high data cost area". I still thought, well that data-pack won't last long! But same thing, when it runs out I'll see where I'm at.Hours later, despite only turning on data briefly for email and sticking with wifi, get an email saying your account is maxed out, you owe us $500.I go through and check fine print and great, the "globetrotter" data isn't a globe, it's a few countries only, and not covering the phillipines. So when I rang in to query this, found out that they hadn't even used any of the global pack data, just went stright to global standard rates. My issue is that I got the sale text immediately upon leaving the country, bought the datapack, but then got no notification that it wasnt able to be used when I arrived in the Phillipines. While I realise I didn't do enough checking in the fineprint, I also feel like 2degrees have stiffed me by using notifications when it suited them to get a sale, but not when i actually expected to be notified, ie that the datapack is out or not working.Advice?
