Hi gang,If my internal network dhcp is set to provide ips in range from 2-200 and I want to set a couple of devices to get the same ip every time, should they be on the same subnet with their ip outside the 2-200 range or within it?I.e. Dhcp is from 192.167.0.2 to 192.167.0.200 should I set the device to 192.167.0.32 or out of the range like 192.167.0.201?I'm ticking the box that says 'always use this ip for this device'Also, I could set it in the device that needs the static ip itself (out of the dhcp range), would that be better than in the router? Thanks!
