So after spending some hard earned cash on a new Ativ S only to find that it is still running the original release version of Windows Phone 8 I was a little annoyed, then to find out that the Telecom version of the phone has had the update for some time annoyed me a little more. And It seems I am not the only one as there are a few people over here http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=6&topicid=121031 wanting to know the same. One persoon even went so far as to ask on the 2degrees facebook page and recieved this response This was all very well but I didn't really buy it as the Telecom handset had the update already, So I went ahead and asked Samsung They had a different opinion however.So can anyone shed some light on the situation, I have created this in the 2degrees forum to hopefully get some attention from 2degrees themselves, Im not really bothered whos fault it is but it would be nice to have a resolution sooner rather than later/never
