My sim number on Vodafone prepay is 19 digits long (8964 0109 XXXX XXXX X60). When trying to port the number to 2Degrees prepay their system tells me it must be 12 digits. I tried just taking the last 12 digits (starting from the 9 above) but no joy. How do I get from a 19 digit Vodafone sim # to the 12 digit sim for 2Degrees? At the moment I'm getting bounced between CS teams.Cheers.
