any known issue for reaching chinese website with 2d broadband?

hi guys,

i was having problem going to Baidu or JD (jingdong)

i wonder thats on 2D or my own set up,

dont think it is the websites cos once i use the Vodafone line, it works fine

if someone with 2d broadband could test it for me would be great
